I had a great experience with Jesse and his workers. They did a great job on my project and were communicative throughout the entire project. I will be using them for concrete work in the near future but the asphalt driveway came out great!

Our small airport needs areas on the runway that have been patched several years ago by another company, to be reworked so that they are level with the surrounding, old asphalt. Jesse’s company heated some of the areas, added asphalt and sealer, mixed, raked to level, then compacted with a roller. Employees worked hard and were very kind when asked questions. We are only able to have the work done in sections. We hope to be able to do more to have a smoother runway, as we raise money. So far, so good.

Jesse and his team did an amazing job filling potholes on our driveway (we have about a quarter mile or longer driveway and it was in rough shape) and he was able to do everything we needed in a cost effective manner, thank you Jesse, we will definitely use you all again!

We had scheduled twice with Bob. The last time we scheduled we were a day or two off. And he was going out of town. he did not want no one on his property while he was gone. Which I understand. We only needed a couple of hrs once we were there. I did tell him I was looking forward to fulfilling his request. And I still am. If you read all my other reviews I have no problem making them satisfied. It is there right to exercise there warranty.

Jesse, the owner of ACSS recently finished removing damaged concrete and applying asphalt adjacent to my garage and along my extended driveway. He and his crew did a fantastic job. He always kept in contact and updated me on changes with weather, etc. If you need expert concrete or asphalt work done, his company is the one to call.

A&C Surplus has sealed my parking lots twice and also done the snow plowing at my business for about six or seven years. I have always found them to be reliable, very reasonably priced, and to do good work. On the occasion or two when I’ve wanted something done differently, Jesse has always listened and made it right. He is someone who cares about his clients and wants to provide the best service possible. I’m grateful to have found his business.

Jesse and the crew from Asphalt & Concrete Surplus Services cleaned, repaired, patched, sealed and striped the parking lot at our commercial property. The parking lot had been neglected and needed extra cleaning and repair of a large hole at the driveway entrance. They all worked very hard and did everything necessary to complete the project. We were extremely happy with the results!

The next day they came to our home and repaired our 40 foot asphalt driveway by adding 3 large patches and sealing it. Again we were very happy with the results.

We would highly recommend Asphalt & Concrete Surplus Services. We have already recommended them to one of our friends who needs work on their driveway.

I was very unsatisfied with Jesse‘s performance of work. He will change the appointment to three times a day. He will start late and wanted to leave early. He did a very horrible job on my dirty removal and grading too many bad humps he left behind on my backyard. Did not come back to fix problem. Nice guy but did bad work. Wouldn’t recommend.

We are responding to a recent review of a unsatisfied unsatisfied customer, who needed some grading done in the back yard of his house. I agreed to help him as long as he did the manual labor. So I was out there with him and worked side by side with him. Did not charge him for the dump fees and dropped my price down from 1500.00 to a thousand dollars. I did not leave the job till he was fully satisfied. He paid me promptly and wanted me to do other work for him on trade. I provided for the thousand dollars a dump truck and dump trailer and a tractor for the thousand dollars. There nothing else to say the job was done in 1 day. But I did have to reschedule once because I had to finish the job I was still on. He was a nice guy, he could of called me instead of trying to hurt our business. We are always up front with our business. To bad we can’t read minds He had called me a week before

Jesse patched and sealed my really large driveway two years ago. The driveway looked great when he was done and the potholes and cracks have not returned in two years. I just contacted him about a concern I had in the lower part of the driveway. He responded immediately and met me at the site in thirty minutes. He quickly responded to my concern and offered me whatever was necessary to make the area look like new again. He was kind and courteous during the whole process. Thanks, Jesse

Jesse and his crew just finished up the lot at my business and they did great work. Not only does it look great, but they improved the drainage so there is no more standing water, which makes the whole retail center look better. It was a complex job with a lot of different parts and they did a great job and stayed on schedule! Thanks!

We recently had Jesse and his team replace broken and missing asphalt at the end of our driveway. They were willing to do a smaller job where we couldn’t get other asphalt companies to do it. The team did an excellent job at a reasonable price. We are very pleased.

Do not hire these guys!! I hired Jesse to do paving and seal coating at our Golden Co home. The seal coat washed off in about four months and no cracks were filled. They did come back about a month ago and redid the seal coat and filled the cracks. However, the paving is still soft with foot prints,dents and deep tire marks. His own crew admitted that this was one of the worst they had seen. It’ going to cost us $2500 to have this fixed by a reputable paving contractor. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!! He wanted me to dig out his crap job. Give me a break.

Unfortunately we were not happy to hear that our customer was not fully satisfied with the work we did for him. He told us the heaviest item that would be on it, would be his lawn mower, but after investigating the situation that he was parking his heavy-duty tractor on it. He denied that he had not had his tractor on it but that was not the truth. He needs to tear that area out and put a proper 4 inches on it. It will not hold a tractor at 2 in. We told him to take his tractor and take this area out and we would put the asphalt back and buy the material and provide the labor if he takes the asphalt out. We put the asphalt in under false pretenses. Had we known he would be having his tractor on it we would have not recommended the 2 inches we put in. He wants us to put the asphalt over what we did. We cannot because it needs to be taken out. If he takes it out what is tractor, we will replace it. We will again not take it out

Well JESSE and his crew did our fairly big driveway and I have to say they did excellent job , everything went smoothly, they came on time as they said they would, owner present it him self well, gave us reasonable price with written estimate in details( copmpare to others who didn’t even show up and estimated job over Google) provided us with proof of insurance ( very important) job was done in very professional manner and on time ,I could and would recommend this co.pany to anyone, thank u for great professional job👍George Marcek- Denver CO.

May 2019 I had Jesse remove some sod, grade for drainage and replace with asphalt to create several additional parking spaces and a walkway. I wanted a cheaper option for the driveway, so he put in crushed concrete, compacted it down for a nice drive way.

I was happy with his work so I hired him again in May 2020 to extend the asphalt parking spots. I had him remove several trucks loads of rock from the side so I could build raised garden beds for my garden. While he was here, he leveled out some low spots on the driveway for better drainage.

I would recommend and hire him and his crew again.

Called these guys as a last ditch effort due to getting let down by another company last minute. Glad I did!! Jesse was a fast talker and even faster to arrive. You will regret it. Was told “its all about the mix, and it has to be to my specifications”, when all was said and done and the parking lot looks like a mess, i was told “well you get what you get, cant control what asphalt they give us”. Been here numerous times to fix stuff, i give up.
